Refund Policy

The guarantee

Request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full. You do not need a reason, and we will not argue with you about it.

How to request one

Write to support@getfootman.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number, which is on the receipt Paddle emailed you. That is all we need.

That receipt came from Paddle, our payment provider, and you can reach their buyer support directly at paddle.net with the same order number. Either route works and both end in the same refund.

How it is processed

Orders for Footman are handled by Paddle, the merchant of record for your purchase, so the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once it is issued, most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days.

Your license after a refund

A refund voids the license key that came with the purchase. Footman goes back to the free version, which keeps working. If you decide later that it belongs on your Mac after all, you can buy a new license at any time.

Try it before you buy it

The free version is the same application with no card required and no time limit. It exists so that by the time you pay you already know whether Footman fits, which settles most refund questions before they start.
